LIBERAL GUN CLUB ANNOUNCES FORMATION OF North Carolina Chapter – Pittsboro, NC
Today the Liberal Gun Club announced the formation of its North Carolina chapter. The goals of this NC chapter are to:
1. Provide a voice for liberals and moderates in the state shooting sports.
2. Provide a club for regional members to meet and interact to promote their skills and knowledge.
3. Promote gun safety,fire arms knowledge, and recreational shooting in the North Carolina Region. Increase knowledge of self defense training, target shooting, and hunting.
4. Support public outreach and education on firearms issues that affect our members and the public.
At our November meeting we elected these members as our First State Officers:
Dave Bowes – President
Mark Raboy – Vice President
Mark Farley – Secretary
Kyle Everton – Treasurer
There’s going to be a lot on our plates this first year. Developing a quarterly schedule, range selections, and planning for attendance of our first National meeting.
We welcome everyone to join us. If you are new to shooting, you’ll meet a great bunch with lots to share. If you are an old hand at this, you’ll feel right at home.
