I got that gun with 50 shots through it, 30 of which I pulled the trigger for $450. I scratches my itch for a modern polymer auto, and having an H&K, I'm not interested in a Glock or Sig. Never get another deal like that.

I do get to shoot the LCR still, so it's not like I've totally lost it, but it was my first carry and I'd put it back in the rotation in a heartbeat if I had it, however the wife is putting it to good use. I salved my wounds and lessened my pain by putting a 632 J frame in .327 Federal on layaway.

But when I'm on the job, I'm packing a LW Commander or a Hi Power, and a J frame Smith. Keep an under-folder AK close by as my OH-SHIT gun.

Dog, cat and 3 fish...tactically speaking, of course.

Those Polish M44s are amazing. Accurate, nice wood, great condition, high quality all around. Mine was a frigging steal at $100.

Mine is alright, the stock is a bit beat up. Nice shooter, though, and the fireball out the front is cool. I picked mine up from a friend who had purchased, but never fired the thing about 8 years ago.

I walk around with a J frame or a PPS in 9mm

Of my 15 or so guns, 8 of them are .22s (four 10 22-types, two MkIIIs, a Walther and an Olympic Wolverine)

Two of my guns are Taurus Judges (I never made claims for having a plan)

An AK, an AR and an XD round out the pack.

Oh, and so far I've painted four of my guns.

When I actually "pack" it's either a Bersa Thunder 380 or a Glock 26, depending on apparel limitations.

22LR (Beretta; Browning; Phoenix; Ruger; S&W); 9mm Luger/Browning/Makarov (CZ; Ruger; Bersa); 7.65mm (Beretta).

RIA 1911 Tactical model in .45 Cal with awesome Hogue wraparound grips (love the all black)
Ruger 10/22 with Tapco pistol grip/collapsible stock and Tasco red dot (again, all black baby)
Mosin-Nagant Model 91/30 made in 1942 with all matching parts, though serials and sight increments are coloured in orange (I was told this was meant to indicate rifles of training officers, but who knows). The rest is standard fare, though I might want to invest in a sporterized stock just to complete the all-black motif.

And once we're out of this recession/I win the lottery, MUCH MUCH MORE.

It might be hard to imagine, but I'm really not a violent person. Nuking the island is just not my kind of fun. Placing a few TNT charges here and there.... that's a whole 'nother story.

As a physics major I perfer smashing particles together. It just makes us all tingly.
