Here's a 'two-fer', guys, i.e., two pieces in one e-mail. The first piece, The Good Banker , more or less tells you what the big banks did but without naming names. The second piece, a review by Robert Reich of a book by Morgenson/Rosner entitled Reckless Endangerment, names names of those who caused this meltdown.

6A return to pre-Reagan tax levels works for me. Then again, I'm not in the top 2% bracket.
