I hope some energetic reporter will ask Rohrabacher questions about this, and get his wacko and dangerous views more firmly on the record.
The sad thing is, given the rate of tropical deforestation (forest lost to climate change/fire, and replaced with farms and biofuel plantations in places like Brazil and Indonesia), we're about to find out just how devastatingly wrong his ideas are.
