I find this hard to believe. I joined your site to find out information about getting my concealed weapons permit, and some info about firearms laws in four states. In that area you were helpful. But because I am a woman, maybe I am a stripper, maybe one of your wives trying to find out about this site or whatever. I am asked question after questions. I do not attack, but I do have fun. I throw up a photo that was not me and I was asked many time for a front shot or rear shot, my name, and other bullshit, where do you live questions and a lot of more bull. If you are liberal you should act it. Not be so unkind and such idiots. (Not all). I then give you my last message due to being cut off. This comes with my real photo, clothed, and no face. I have not seen any of your faces, names, and I really could not care. I post 21 times. Four times on two other boards. That is about 15 of the 105 posts. Would anyone have even been on the site if I did not say stripper. I think not.

I am a female, I am a veteran (combat medic), I know guns. I have a degree which was mostly from internet study. If you want to believe that I am a stripper then do it. If you want to think of me in a wheelchair without a limb then do that. I do not care. But the last photo of me is real. Prove otherwise. But don’t shut down my freedom of speech. Don’t ask us to go over and fight for your liberal asses then act like the fucking republicans that sent us. The person who needs to insult someone then to get the last word in is in my opinion a Coward! No names, you all know who I mean. Maybe I am real maybe I am not. But your attitudes towards woman is embarrassing. If you don’t want to listen to someone then stop reading the thread and move on. But people are dying for your freedom of speech. Except for my dig on Oh John McCain is such a great guy where did I lead you on. John might be a great guy, But you don’t make a person president when his best act was to surrender.

You need to let people talk, stop shutting them down. If you don’t like what they say, ask explain. If you shut me off the site so be it. If you print this I will be happy. Good luck to some of you and go to hell for some of the others. Foul photos and cursing should be kept down and even I am at fault for that. I I am amazed about how to find photos like that guy did. That was real good. But if a person is on this site they should not have to post a DD-214 to prove who they are. Though I could!

Now off subject, I will be firing the Bump Stock on Sunday afternoon. I will let you know how it feels compared to my M4 Carbine. Sgt. Foxgirl

Foxgirl, I don't often speak to such things because I like to think that I can treat people with respect even when I'm at war with my own testosterone making me say somethign inappropriate, but while we're generally liberal here, we're not dead. One question though. Didn't you say early on that you didn't own any guns? Where did that revolver come from; have you made a recent purchase? We'd love to see some pics of that along with your review of it, even if it's just along the lines of "it fits my hand, and the recoil isn't too bad."

I tend to be more wordy than my compatriots on the site. You can read this and take it in, or not.

I can understand how you would feel attacked. What you also need to understand is that when you come on a forum where the people converse regularly, some on the phone, others have met in person, and therefore are more familiar with each other; and you begin your interaction with dubious information, people are going to be skeptical. Different people have different ways of expressing that. Some ask questions, some attack, and some dismiss. Perhaps that is not the best way of going about it but that is the normal range of human behavior.

Regarding "free speech", one thing that conservatives always get wrong, and I guess has trickled down into non-conservative perception, is that criticism from one private citizen to another is somehow stifling their freedom of expression. Free speech protection only applies to interactions between an individual and the Government. For example, Lenny Bruce, Malcolm X, and MLK all had a legitimate claim to abuses of their freedom of speech. They were all harassed by the Government (FBI & CIA) because their speech was considered subversive. If I were to tell any one of them to leave my home, my business, or any other of my private possessions, because I didn't like what they said, guess what? NO violation.

No one is stifling your first amendment rights. We/They might be treating you rudely or disrespectfully, but that is not stifling your freedom of speech. You have no such right on this private forum just like those of us who expressed liberal points of view on other gun sites were ridiculed, harassed, and banned from those sites. That is why we are here, that and we all want to see eelj in that speedo picture...

No one has been asked to post pictures of themselves to prove who they are. You were asked to post a picture as a tongue in cheek and somewhat lecherous gesture. Referring to this thread I started on honesty, it was meant to explore people's ideas about it. The thread took its own path and was not meant as any challenge or denigration of you.

If you choose to be part of this forum you need to understand that we have personalities and relationships that may not always mesh. I think that sexist remarks are uncalled for and would back you up in your complaints, but this is not about what you do for a living or not. It is about being part of a community and what role you want to play.

Even though the majority of Democratic gun owners are in the closet, does not mean you have to be dumb.

Are you using this as a figure of speech of some sort, or do you have a problem with gays? We're a liberal leaning group and (gasp!) we have openly gay members here who enjoy firearms. Is that too 'liberal' for you?

Hmm, what role do I want to play, no role. In 2006 I joined the Army. I wanted money for school. I went threw basic then tech school. My mother asked a friend from Maine to take me to the range. He was an older gentleman. He saw that I really did not know what I was doing. He called in two other friends and set up a weekend of training. I am good looking and thought that it was just some old guys that wanted to be around a young girl. Hell was I wrong. I learned more in two 9 hr days about combat firearms then the Army every taught me. The old guy was a disabled vet. and was an ex-police officer (Chief). Just look him up on the net, though you will not find much you have his phone number and that should be all you need to find out about him. He showed me all kinds of stuff about convoys and combat shooting. His friend is an Police/NRA instructor and showed me stuff. The other guy was ex-infantry and taught knife edge weapons and rifle stuff. I was told that I could always have a knife but at times I would not have my gun. He was right. Go out on the town and you don’t take a gun. I learned how to clear jams in my weapon with plastic rounds, I shot with goggles painted over. I cleared jams with sand being thrown at me. I ran in place and was screamed at. Then I was shown how to do it and tried it again. They thought me alot. I was mad as hell. But I am a good shot, I got better at it. I new not to place down my clip but to drop it. I learned how to use cover fire and not to get open fragments coming off my cover. I learned alot. Then I went over and learned that they had taught me well. Do you know what they asked of me? Nothing. Just be safe. Well that old guy. He was on your site. He is the one that gave me that 380. He had been on your site for a short time and you bastards crucified him. My father was all glad that he had spoken about your site. You see he used to talk alot and was friendly, but his son died in that war and you idiots felt it necessary to fuck with him. He wanted to start up a club for democrats.
