So how many people do you think are going to off themselves this weekend due to the coming rapture? I'm gonna say 20 +/- 5.

Do you mean nationally? I would think that's probably a low figure. But then, how many people are actually involved in this lunacy?

I'll base my numbers on a percentage of the faithful. Say, 10 percent.

I don't think he's got as much of a following as the koolaid drinkers, kinda like Rev Jones who now only has his little side kick buddy following him around. The responses I've seen online from Christians are promising that very few of them believe this clown. Keep in mind, I don't think they're going to off themselves on Saturday, I think it's going to happen on Sunday when they realize they just ruined their entire lives for the ravings of a mad man.

Yeah, I wasn't thinking of them doing it right away. It'll take a while for that kind of despondent depression to percolate.

Kinda morbid talking about it, but it's like passing a car wreck. A car wreck with vans with really fuckin' funny stuff written on them about the end of the world.

Hey, on the off chance we're wrong. How about.... if the SdoesHTF... we all log in when it all breaks-loose and have a good (final) laugh? Of course it goes without saying that we'll do the same thing (minus the "final"), on Sunday, when it doesn't.

I imagine the ads got some believers questioning their own score with The Big Guy, even on a outside chance the world doesn't end Sunday. I've had God and Jesus come up more often the last month with clients. I think I'll hear more next week.

Atheists all over the country are having Rapture parties at local pubs. I'm invited to one - I probably won't go though. They are all excited over the prospects of the faithful being sucked up to heaven by the cosmic vacuum cleaner and leaving the world to to the rest of us. As far as mainstream christianity is concerned, I haven't seen any churches canceling Sunday services yet.
