So.... you are thinking of working the counter at a gun store or is this going to the SHOT show for S&W? A little more insight might get you some better questions.
In the meantime....... I have an old gun called a lemon squeezer. Mine is a s&w. It says .32 on the barrel. What type of ammo do I buy?

I am trying to find a gun for my backup backup gun. I already carry a 1911 on the hip with a Glock 19 in a fanny pack, a Colt .38 snubby in a shoulder holster and a Walther PPK in an ankle holster. But what do I do if they fail? I need further backup. Obviously.

"When a man with a .45 meets a man with a rifle, the man with a pistol will be a dead man"
Is this a true statement? And how big a piece of boiler plate steel should I wear under my serape?

I have a neighbor with annoying dogs and my other neighbor said I can shoot them with an airgun because they're legal to shoot in the city. He also said I should get a .177 because the pellet moves faster than .22 pellets and does more damage.

I want a shiny 9mmfortyfive like I saw in that movie. Y'know, it's the one that shoots real fast. How do I buy one and what kind of exploding bullet should i get?

This is the 70k a year going to the shot show.
also this the thing your talking about?
it's probably an antique and so I would venture a guess at .32 S&W

yes actually.
There isn't really a better with the .45acp and a good 9mm Luger, The .45acp has more kick and stopping power but guns chambered for it are generally bigger. As for the 9mm it's also a prooven man stopper. I'd need to know more about what your intended purpose is before buying to really help you.

Well sir, you obviously are running out of space so you need a small compact gun, something of a proper caliber though, (don't want none of those sissy midget rounds). So I'd reccomend a PF 9, it's extremely compact, in fact it's as small as some .380 autos and it's in a full 9mm caliber.

Stumped me there ABN, most guns that will shoot a mile out will over penetrate like crazy, so LEGAL guns I'm gunna have to get back with you..... but THV ammunition is a good start. Not legal.

Whoda whata? .45 has alot less felt recoil than a 9mm due to the higher velocity of the 9mm.

I would've accepted an AR with a spare .338 Lapua upper.

Ya know ABN, I always thought so too...or rather, that the .45 was more of a push instead of a snap. Nice to have some validation, thanks.

Its actually somewhat subjective. Some people perceive more recoil from the .45, others from the 9mm. They're fairly different as are people...
