Not really, or at least nothing different happened.mark wrote:EisVogelDrei wrote:the magic trading post link is supposed to appear!
Let me know if it actually works

I mean the "trading post" link was always there and I even posted in a forum a while ago without realizing it was in that root folder. So nothing popped out or "suddenly appeared." Also when I posted in the trading post folder it wasn't password protected. I seem to have had access from the very start.
Will you take care of it for me after I get raptured?masonalannz wrote:That's awesome news.

Ah yes, the "waterfront" properties of Arizona. I live about a mile away from "The Lakes" in Tempe, which has no actual lakes in it except for the man-made kind. Most of the year it's slow low that the pontoon boats the homeowners buy to put in there don't even reach the tiny docks. The funny thing is the "lakes" for these boats are only a few football fields in area if you count the LARGEST ones. Most are smaller than one half of a field if that.EisVogelDrei wrote:Wow, and to think I missed out.masonalannz wrote:That's awesome news.

My family lived in one of those gated communities in Chandler. It was waterfront too; all the houses were built around a pond. The pond was stocked with some Asian fish, the ugliest creature I ever hooked - you didn't dare take them off the line, you just beat them to death on the cobblestones. The pond "water" was the most incredible blue I ever saw outside a toilet, in fact the pond was called by the residents the Tidy-Bowl.
Well, better luck next time I guess.
Yes! Just like that exactly, except the one they lived on would have fit inside a football field and you could have skipped a stone across the width and put out your neighbors window. Every one had a pool between the house and the "water," and everyone had a boat. I wasn't joking about the water or fish either. The water did look like Tidy-Bowl which is what the residents called the pond (I am not clever enough to make this stuff up) and they did stock the lake with some foul looking Asian fish that was supposed to eat algae or something.neotrotsky wrote:Ah yes, the "waterfront" properties of Arizona.
