3Lawsuits have been and will be filed against many of those EOs and the already constipated federal courts will become more constipated. According to reports, Trump's advisors figure he has 18 months to get his major accomplishments through before opposition grows and blocks him. Republicans in Congress will be looking at their reelections and at polling in 18 months and one thing you can predict with certainty is that every politician wants to get reelected. His persuasion skills may end even before 18 months for Republican House members in really tough races in purple districts. At this time Republicans only have a 4 seat majority in the House.
