This thread can contain the contagion that will become discussions of these orders. Many have been touted on the campaign trail, and we've seen in the news where many of these will be ignored. He no longer needs his base of voters. Here is something from old.reddit.com today that can begin that containment--I mean, when this scum unleashes his Vengeance Machine (TM), there will be much discussion. If we can contain it here, we can actually talk elsewhere about gun laws, guns, shooting, and the fact that our commander in chief cannot own a gun.

They have some power for at least the next couple of years. If the 2026 elections become "compromised", then we can expect the worst. Unless trump and (most importantly) the people pulling his strings actively start jailing "enemies" and simply ignoring all court decisions, but I don't think we are that far along yet. It isn't in the best interests of the plutocrats and oligarchs to have a full on dictatorship.

Presidential Executive Orders have always reminded me of "rule by decree" which exists in other countries, it never really seemed legal but they are. Mayors and governors sign executive orders all the time during emergencies and people can be arrested and imprisoned for violating them. IIRC Biden signed 60 in his first 100 days. Trump is far too lazy to sign 100 executive orders on day one. And different groups will be filing lawsuits as quickly as Trump can sign them. I'm not worried, we survived his first term.

Turd doesn't have to sign - he just 'thinks' signed and it's done, same as declassifying documents.

That was Trumps wacko defense in the classified documents case, it didn't work then and it won't work now. No signature means the Executive Order(s) are not enforceable in any federal court. They would remain draft ECs.
