Washington State Democrats sponsor bill to ration firearms, ammunition

25 NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 9.41 RCW to read as follows:

27 (1)(a) A dealer may not deliver more than one firearm to a purchaser or transferee within any 30-day period.

29 (b) A dealer may not deliver more than 100 rounds of .50 caliber
30 ammunition or more than 1,000 rounds of any other caliber of
31 ammunition to a purchaser or transferee within any 30-day period.

Washington State will have a new governor, Bob Ferguson the WA AG won the governor's race. He's pushed many of the state's anti-gun laws and he can now pressure the legislature to pass more such laws. My sympathy to Washingtonians.

Democrats strategy to counter Trump's agenda, double down on what fails.

The "everything else" category separates .50 from the pack. There's more to half inch than BMG. Does the wording single that out or are 50 cal. round balls and a can of Swiss on the list?

That's been the Democratic strategy and I'm not optimistic that it will change even with a new DNC chair. Circle the wagons and believe that the Democratic Party is right on every single issue, that's been their losing formula. Remind me which political party is most resistant to change?
