The groups take issue with the First Circuit ignoring Bruen and going right to interest balancing in its zeal to uphold the ban, among other things.

2It will be interesting to see what Trump's AG Pam Bondi does and how she instructs John Sauer who is Trump's Solicitor General nominee. We know from the election that many minorities supported Trump, this is an interesting twist on many of the 2A lawsuits.

4Good catch featureless. Counsel of Record for Ocean State Tactical is Clement & Murphy, that is Paul Clement and Erin Murphy. Paul Clement won the Bruen case for NYSRPA at SCOTUS.
