If so, how do you carry?

I carried a Glock 19 for almost a year. I carry Appendix. Made VooDoo very nervous carrying a Glock appendix which is one reason I don't have any Glocks anymore.

Oh I loved the gun and in a High Noon Kydex holster it carried all day closed to the body and comfortable. I had no problems with carrying the gun and eventually got over the nerves of carrying a Glock Appendix. My biggest issue with the Glocks was that in hot weather, after a long dog walk, the gun was literally covered with condensation from sweat evaporation, The gun needed wiped down. So I'm jacking rounds in and out of the gun to keep it safe *but* every time a person loads and unloads a pistol they have an increased risk of an ND.

If I had been carrying OWB and at like 4 o'clock I'd still be carrying the Glocks on occasion. Now I'm strictly DA/SA kind of guy. Still will only use High Noon's stuff except for pocket carry. Have you decided IWB, OWB, leather, Kydex, Hybrid yet?

thanks! no idea on holster...I haven't gotten the gun yet. I currently have a Khar CW9 for that role and I'm having a hard time getting good accuracy from it. The trigger is mushy and it might also be too small for my hand.

oh, I can pocket carry the CW9 with CC Breakaway pants

I currently carry a G19 appendix in the PHLster Enigma. I do work from home though so I have the benefit of not having to worry about good concealment for most of the day. I've tried a lot of holsters and that's what worked best for my body. Honestly just try A LOT of holsters. Everyone is shaped differently. I'm super tall and skinny and the PHLster works well for that :shrug:

The G19 is a pretty popular concealed carry pistol and there's a lot of stuff to wade thru to find the best options for any one given individual.

Since all mags are limited to 10 rounds in CA, there is no difference between a Glock 26, 19 or 17 in terms of capacity. I don't conceal carry.

I had a 26 and the sight radius was too short for me. I also hated the stub grip.

An interesting compromise would be to get a 19 cut to 26 grip length and use a grip extension. This would print less than a stock 19, but have the same grip real estate.

There are so many after market products for Glocks, that I wouldn't be surprised if someone sells a grip extension for a G19. I hate the blocky grip on a G26, I much prefer the grip on my Ruger SR9c which has a pinky extension.
