Let's get real: in our litigious American society, you can sue anyone for just about anything--as long as you can pay the lawyers. Expensive lawyers make folks settle out of court or back out of the cases. And we perceive the results, orange as they might be. It's really a game of "whose pockets potentially are deeper?" We hates it, we do.
