I believe we call those, "politicians". :-D

But remember that a .454, as mentioned earlier, also shoots .45 Colt very well. Same relationship as .357 Magnum and .38 Special. That's actually why I bought the SRH, not because I wanted to shoot .454, but rather because I wanted the strongest, baddest double-action revolver in .45 Colt that I could affordably find.

Did I *need* a revolver that strong and bad-ass for my purposes? No, of course not. But given its size and mass, it sure does make standard .45 Colt very easy to shoot.

And as an added bonus, I believe the SRH 454 is on California's roster. It was, last I checked a few years ago.
