I like the SFD Responder Trauma Kit ankle thingy. But why not sell it with all the things in it you suggest?

Because stocking first aid supplies costs more, mostly.

We had some pre populated ones.

Yes, as Inquisitor noted, stocking first aid supplies gets expensive, especially since LGC likely doesn't move enough product to get good wholesale costs.

Also: what you keep in your ankle pouches might differ from what I keep.

I have one of these pouches, and find that my ankle is thick enough that to wear it as pictured, I almost have to wear '70s-style bell-bottom jeans to hide the thing. The uniforms I wear for my taxable-income gig won't fit over it at all. This is NOT the fault of the LGC, mind you.
