Hell, just depose them first.
2021R-05F, despite being vacated by a US District Court judge, is now policy of at ATF. So their official position is items that are not frames or receivers are now frames or receivers even though those items do not meet the definition of firearms per GCA'68. Thus, the ATF "expert" would claim they are firearms.

The Philly PD "expert" likely would have no idea what a firearm is per GCA'68 and, being part of a big city LEA, would testify anything put in front of him or her that resembles a firearm in any way is a firearm.

It's an attempt by the City of Philadelphia and Giffords to do an end run around the PA legislature, file a civil lawsuit. They should be lobbying the legislature but they know a bill banning Polymer80s likely would not pass - Democrats have a one vote majority in the state house and Republicans have a six vote majority in the state senate.

It’s vindictive of me, but I hope the dems loose that majority. They certainly need to learn a lesson on what priorities should be. I doubt this is an issue that needs resolving.

Yes Philly and Giffords are playing the typical American political response, blame the other party and claim victimhood. I'm surprised that Everytown and Moms aren't part of this lawsuit, I expected they'll file lengthy amici curiae briefs.

I would ask the ATF this: Can this object as it sits here fire a bullet? Then after he says no ask: Can this screw as it sits fire a bullet? Then ask: How is it the ATF can call any random object a gun? It's like saying a blank metal rod a rifle barrel.

But, they would say it could become one. Like TOS could become a great and honest person.

Don't feel bad, Donald Trump operates on a spirit of vindictiveness, too, and he made it to the Oval Office.
