DOMINO cascade !!
Just watched Michael Cohen entering court house. His escorts apparently have had a lot of weight gain as their dress suits failed to cover their guns. I have empathy - I have same problem due to Shiner belly !! LOL Should be an interesting day in court.

Here is Ellis' pleading. She issues a statement of allocution at around 14:50, full of crocodile tears, shirking of responsibility and a reference to being a Christian (read: look at me, I'm such a good person!) She is also disallowed firearms during her probation, a term she didn't contest.

Maybe it's just me but her statement of contrition didn't at all seem genuine.

She plead guilty to charges. She will testify against the other indicted individuals during their trials. Who cares whether she is remorseful in admitting to God and men she failed to use her own head as a newbie attorney or may continue to be a bubbleheaded tool for the rest of her adult life. She is now a useful tool for the state to put away others criminals who deserve their just desserts.

Uh because it's a matter of integrity, and believability? If the jury doesn't find her credible, all the testimony in the world from her will fall on deaf ears.

Meadows granted immunity.
Former President Donald Trump's final chief of staff in the White House, Mark Meadows, has spoken with special counsel Jack Smith's team at least three times this year, including once before a federal grand jury, which came only after Smith granted Meadows immunity to testify under oath, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The sources said Meadows informed Smith's team that he repeatedly told Trump in the weeks after the 2020 presidential election that the allegations of significant voting fraud coming to them were baseless, a striking break from Trump's prolific rhetoric regarding the election.

According to the sources, Meadows also told the federal investigators Trump was being "dishonest" with the public when he first claimed to have won the election only hours after polls closed on Nov. 3, 2020, before final results were in.

Meadows also told investigators that his book is bullshit and he doesn’t actually believe what he says in it.

Which is absolutely hilarious.

The clowns will still believe it though. They never believe they’ve been lied to even when the liars tell them openly that they’re lying.

SINCE THE SUMMER, Donald Trump’s legal teams have been wracked by one abiding fear: betrayal. On one front, the former president’s inner circle has fretted about how many co-defendants in the Fulton County criminal case — or co-conspirators in the special counsel probes — might turn against him, accept a plea deal, and cooperate with the prosecutors. But lingering beneath the fear of disloyalty lies another, darker fear about whether anyone anyone still working in, or close to, Trump’s inner orbit could already secretly be working with prosecutors. For months, Trump, his lawyers, and advisers have been preparing for a potential onslaught of co-defendants flipping on him ahead of trial in the Georgia case. In the last week alone, three prominent co-defendants — Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, and Sidney Powell — have all struck plea deals with the district attorney, and the former president and his team are expecting more to come.

According to two sources familiar with the situation, and another two people briefed on it, the former president and his inner sanctum have tried for months to ascertain which imperiled Trump allies have been inching towards cutting deals. When Trump has sent his advisers and attorneys on these so-called “fact-finding” missions this year, they have routinely come up empty — unable to satisfy the former president’s demands to know who is preparing to snitch. In the face of this uncertainty, several of Trump’s attorneys have been briefing the ex-president on what one source calls “threat and [potential] damage assessments.” These assessments have explained to Trump which co-defendants the lawyers believe are likeliest to cut a deal, and which ones prosecutors likely believe could do the most damage to Trump, if called to testify, according to the sources.
As part of this effort, the former president’s team has also been digging into troves of past communications and private documents related to some of these co-defendants, targeting those deemed likely to cooperate with prosecutors. The purpose of the research, according to the sources with knowledge of the matter, has been to unearth materials that Trump attorneys could use to undermine the credibility of these would-be witnesses. Elsewhere, though, Trump’s legal advisers are grappling with another recurring problem this year: chronic distrust and petty feuds in their own ranks. Some of this drama has already exploded into public view, and cost Trump the services of some of his leading defense attorneys. The level of distrust among Trump’s current lawyers has reached a point where some of them have privately spread rumors or speculation this year that other Trump attorneys are secretly cooperating with federal or Fulton County prosecutors, according to two people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Now Powell is saying she was "extorted." Well, yeah. Cough up the testimony or go to jail. Standard stuff, but she gets to delay, delay, delay. They're all going to get smoked by relentless and patient Justice.

Do the crime, pay the time, unless you get a deal. Nothing new the justice system has done this forever. We can make it easy on you if you tell us everything, if not you can have a very hard time.

Fani Willis made some sweetheart deals to get them, apparently she dropped the RICO charges and if they didn't get misdemeanor charges they qualify for "first time felon" so they can eventually be knocked down. Most are lawyers and are concerned with losing their law licenses, that's they livelihood.

Jimmy Kimmel said it, “Right now, half of Trump’s lawyers are trying to keep him out of prison, The other half are trying to keep themselves out of prison.”

So true, as the lawyers fall and others try and keep their law license.

Trump has played that card before about "voter fraud evidence" that he'll release. Smoke and mirrors, more media obsession with Trump. He's a master at playing people and especially the media.

Because all the evidence shows that it has worked. And there is actual evidence for that. Trump knows and understands his support base. The most frightening thing for me is that all the evidence shows that his base is immune to cognitive dissonance and that they can and do hold multiple mutually exclusive thoughts and positions with absolutely no discomfort. For them, there really are alternative facts. We've seen this before from Crusaders going to kill the actually protectors of the Christian Pilgrims in the name of protecting Christianity's Holy Sites to masses worshiping a God Emperor in Japan to other masses in Germany and Italy supporting Fascism to the centuries of genocide committed by Americans against Native Americans, Asians and any non-whites available.

'He has gone crazy': Trump launches tirade against New York judge who has him under gag order

Just one day after being fined $10,000 for violating Judge Arthur Engoron's gag order, former President Donald Trump directly attacked the New York judge on his Truth Social account, which is followed by more than six million of his supporters.

Trump's rant about the judge overseeing his ongoing civil trial came less than 24 hours after he stormed out of court in response to the fine. Wednesday's fine was the second recorded violation of the gag order, which Judge Engoron imposed after the ex-president attacked Allison Greenfield, one of Engoron's law clerks. The first fine was for $5,000, though Engoron didn't rule out putting Trump behind bars in contempt of court for future violations.

"The Judge in the New York State A.G. case refuses to accept the overturning of his decisions by the Appeals Court. This is a first in the history of the State! HE HAS GONE CRAZY IN HIS HATRED OF 'TRUMP,'" the former president posted Thursday morning. "Also, their “STAR” witness just admitted his statements were all a big lie. He broke down in court. The Radical Left Judge said he doesn’t care. He is trying to protect RACIST A.G. Letitia James, who has no case, lost the appeal, but has a tyrannical and unhinged Trump Hating Judge."

"This is Judicial Misconduct, coupled with Prosecutorial Misconduct," Trump added. "Somebody from the State of New York must step in and stop this Complete & Total Miscarriage of Justice!"

He's not above the law or the punishment for breaking the law. Lock him up in an orange Jumpsuit without a phone or any device. have the Secret Service sit in a chair outside his cell 24/7. Maybe the State could make a deal with the Feds and use the cell Jeffery Epstein was in there in Manhattan.
