3It's probably the same on the Left Coast in LA city and county. Since it's "may issue" in California a ccw list for LA County would more than likely include moguls and movie stars and big campaign donors. Shall issue laws do take those factors out of it. 9I.... I think this article put me in shock for a few minutes, this is seriously one of the must fucked up things I've read about any laws anywhere.... Where has my country gone?
