When are they shipping and will anyone tells us if unknown.

Being a complete dummy when it comes to builds;
Can I build a 308 with this lower, and if so,
what parts should I start buying before everything gets banned.

I see some complete parts kits out there that look tempting. I like that idea because then I wouldn't be buying wrong parts.
Gimmie the parts and I can put it all together.

No clue about any of your other questions, but No you can’t build a 308. You need an AR-10 lower. Totally different action length. You can build ARs with cartridges based on the 5.56 parent case like .300 black out.

Building out a lower is super easy. Millions of YouTube videos abound. If I can do it you can do it.
