Gun & Ammo Price Drops

This sale just does not seem like a great sale, yet not MSRP or above anymore. Ammo is looking better.

I see tons of Smith & Wesson all over the place. Not interested.

Nothing here Ruger Max 9 wise or Walther PDP 9mm compact that I'm searching for. I'm looking for a 12 rounder set up for a red dot like those two are. I have run into a Max 9 but it was MSRP and a full size PDP 9mm

I also wonder if prices are the same all over the country. I get emails from Buds and others to keep tabs on prices.

Gun prices never really went above retail in the local stores in my state. Ammunition went up But not in a price gouging way. I can get what I need without it being too painful, although .300 BLK is currently scarce if I’m picky about brands.

The issue is when I’m seeking something specific. I’d love a Henry .357 XModel but haven’t seen one locally and online they are selling for nearly double MSRP.

MSRP is 1,049 I last saw. There's some for that on gunbroker. Even a 45 cal, several 44mag too.

@tonguengroover I saw that too, but note that I’m looking for .357 magnum not the other calibers.

As for those others, those Gunbroker prices are still high, there are XModels in those calibers sub-$1k at some retailers. The .357s I’m seeing are going for $1800-2000. 🤔

My LGS is advertising ammo they don't have in stock. I still laid in some more to get me through till summer, assuming ambitious range time goals.

Serious doubts that prices are ever getting lower again, between inflation, the war, and all the new customers. Ye gawds, the LGS was crowded this afternoon.

Come to Papa my little pretties.
I love bulk ammo tossed in a box so I can run my fingers threw them. Those green tips are everywhere online. Not a deal but heck, could be useful to go with my M2 Ball AP rounds.
