A Senate committee killed a bill that would have allowed guns on college campuses. Other bills that would have done away with the requirement to get a permit to carry a concealed handgun and made permits issued in any state good in Virginia died in a usually gun-friendly House committee after their sponsors said there wasn't enough time to work out problems.

Anti-gun bills to require background checks from all buyers at gun shows and ban the sale of magazines that hold 20 or more rounds of ammunition also died.

Hmm, so a normally "Pro-Gun" House had no time to work out problems with a "Pro-NRA" bill.

This goes to prove my theory, the NRA themselves sabotage gun rights, so they can turn around and whoop their members up into an orgiastic frenzy over the 2nd Amendment.

Kind of like when the all GOP school board for my High School ended the Rifle team program and copped out saying "Well with all these anti-gun liberal, there would have been trouble in the next few years if we didn't".

Hmmm, funny thing no on ever tried to stop our school from having a team. No Liberals at least. Yet the Republicans here killed the team and the NRA could have given a damn when it happened. Only it was better fuel for "We need your donations to fight those Birkenstock wearing, sushi eating, anti-gun, pro-Muslim, Liberals, like Nancy Pelosi
