Range report and thanks to all the participants at our recent meet! We had a handful show up and enjoy the cool weather. The morning started out in the 30's and slowly warmed up. I think the temps were still in the 40's when we packed up or low 50's. I didn't get very many pictures, but we had a nice selection of rifles, including a 308 Garand. The rifle portion was shot at the 100 yard range, a few pics to give y'all an idea. The targets don't look very big to the naked eye. LoL. Cold weather seemed to be a problem with semi-automatics, the shooter next to me had issues and the range officer noted that often in cold weather in the 30's some semi-automatics have issues. I may have had an issue or not with my 308. but I did get 5 rounds down range before I had an issue that might have been cold related. Light strikes, like the shooter next to me. I decided not to investigate it further and will recheck in warmer weather. After the rifle shooting was done, we headed to the pistol range for a practice session. It was rather comfortable by afternoon. Thanks y'all and looking forward to another range trip soon!

LoL. Didn’t bring it. LoL. I do need to shoot my Finns soon. I have my project rifle issues to resolve first.
