I think you are ball park, but I’d start a bit lower.

The internet some how has me believing the universal = unique from past research. (You may want to verify that claim.)

I load 6.0 of universal grains for 148-150 gr home cast .357s

Around 3.5gr Unique if you seat the wadcutter flush. My experience with Unique at low pressure is it's pretty sooty though - easy to clean, just sooty.

What bullet is this? There are 2 different types being discussed here.
Semi wadcutter (LSWC) or wadcutter? Cast or swaged? If it's a WC, is it hollow based?

This one is LSWC with the little bump on the top. I'll seat them to that top and the bump will stick up a bit. I'll chrony the 3.5 gr to see what I get.
