This blog has summaries. Its part of a training program we use at work, but it seemed relevant to us :)

If anyone wants to know about the program, I will be happy to discuss.

Good info there.

Years ago I worked at a firm where a guy was fired for inappropriate behavior. Building security was present at his firing, and they escorted him to his car. We all kidded each other about the guy going postal. We even joked about having to hide in one of our big trash cans if he came back shooting. He never did, of course, but every place I have ever worked since, I have pre-planned escape routes in case something goes down.

I heard about these guys at an FBI event on workplace violence. Their awareness program is decent, if a little over the top scary. HR folks don;t like to think to hard about employees becoming homicidal, so its a tough sell some places.

A couple universities use their programs, so I got some materials from them and now I am on their mailing list :)

If you are in that line of work, their sales guys are more than happy to give you a "free sample" of the videos.
