Bumping shoulder before or after sending to Hornady?

Hi y'all

Just finished de-priming, cleaning primer pockets, and polishing 200 once-fired cases of 7mm Rem Mag brass. I plan to use Hornady's OAL Gauge and rather than use it in conjunction with one of their of the shelf Modified Cases, I'm opting to send one of my once-fired pieces since it conforms to my rifle exactly. My question is, before I send it to Hornady to drill and tap the case, should I do any sizing first e.g. bump the should back a couple thousands.

My only real concern is with them taking a hunk of metal out the bottom, will the material that's left seat properly in the shell holder and would it affect the ability to properly size?

Thanks
