I would love to get into BP shooting, but only if I had a flunky to clean the guns afterwards.

(So I've been looking at getting another Remmie + Conversion Cylinder. Used to have a pair and they were perhaps my most accurate pistols.)

The real reason the second amendment mentions a well regulated milita, organized flunky power.

i admit, i'd shoot BP more if i had self-cleaning guns too.

I don't mind cleaning guns. The guy who invents self cleaning dishes will get my vote, though.

Hot soapy water then put 'em in the oven on the pilot setting until your wife wants to bake brownies--as long as you get to the oven before she preheats it. Just keep your ears open.

Take 'em out and oil 'em and stash 'em in the safe. For my revolver, I use Crisco to prevent chain fires, so it smells like popcorn when I shoot it.

I don't mind cleaning flinters or BPCRs, but cleaning the Remmy is a PITA.
