Cold day, venison roast.
1It's a cold day and I'm stuck inside, so I'm cooking and catching up on reading for work. Think I'll bake bread for the first time in forever. I thawed a venison roast. Anyone have a favorite recipe to share?

Do you have a sous vide? I've fallen in love with it for pasteurizing game meat without overcooking it.
