Judge tosses lawsuit by DEA agent who shot himself

Well, that DEA agent has sued the DEA saying they leaked the video and it has cause him harm. The Judge tossed it saying he had no evidence they leaked it.

On a side note, I am impressed that he tried to carry on. Not so impressed with his safety, however.
