Midway USA Catalog

Don't know about you but I love getting my monthly Midway catalog. I know of no one else that sends one out. Some good deals, yes. Some meh deals, yes. Kinda reminds me of the anticipation of getting the Sears catalog when I was a kid.

Funny, because I was just thinking today that Sears could have been Amazon if they had gone online effectively. RIP Sears.

I will admit that I sometimes look through the Midway catalog before throwing it in the trash. It has never inspired me to order anything, though.

I used to love the various catalogs I would get. But if they're still mailing them out, they're paying postage costs to do it; meaning they need to charge to cover them. I prefer my catalogs online these days.

Christmas Edition was held on to all year. Sears went from first to worst in what, about 30 years?

Main reason I like it is cus I can check out new stuff on the market. I do order from them occasionally, mostly ammo. For some reason it's difficult to find decent desert camo clothing here. But the Sears catalog, I was always looking at the rifles.
I will take one of them Mark I anti-tank rifles please.

I'm with Eris on this one, I just leaf through the pages before round filing Midway. Harbor Freight suffers the same fate.
But the Brownell's annual catalog, that stays on my nightstand, and I page through it regularly. And yes, it has inspired a few orders.

Yep. Now their 72nd edition...606 pages of temptations.
Go to the website and at the bottom of the page, under "ordering", "order a catalog". It's free, and after the first you'll get one every year.

Cool, thanks. But only one a year? I guess thats a pretty huge catalog at 606 pages. Prices change a lot though through the year.

The Sears catalog was it in it's day, at one time you could buy a house and a car in their catalogs.

Yes, prices do change through the year. The catalog gives you the SKU #, and then you use that to confirm the current price on the website.
