The scope I’ve been waiting for has arrived. It’s a Leatherwood Hi-Lux Camputer ART variable 2.5-10x44.
It’s for a project I’ll be completing this weekend. I’ll be doing a write up of the project and posting on Monday. For now I just want to show you the scope itself. Points if you can guess what the project is (Hint: this scope is a reproduction of an earlier scope that was most often mounted on a very particular well known rifle).

ART stands for Auto Ranging Trajectory and allowed for very quick dialing in to the needed settings for a particular caliber/bullet weight/powder charge for a given distance. Popular as a sniper scope for that reason.

7Very good. I’m converting my Springfield Armory M1A Loaded into an M21 Designated Marksman Rifle analog.bajajoaquin wrote: Sat Sep 21, 2019 11:42 pm https://gundigest.com/article/the-art- ... ope-part-1
M1A sniper tribute?
More on that later. I’ll be working on it today and I hope to have it done and dialed in tomorrow. Report to follow.

10Two headed eagle anyway. Scope looks good and surprisingly affordable. Will research a bit more.

11Interested in your range report. I've always wondered how that scope performs.
