It will never get past the Senate, but we can dream.
The House passed legislation Friday aimed at preventing mandatory arbitration in consumer and employment contracts in a 225-186 vote that generally fell along party lines.

The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act of 2019, or FAIR Act β€” spearheaded by Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) β€” would also ban limits on class action lawsuits.

Democrats backing the bill argue it places more power in the hands of consumers and is a critical step in holding businesses accountable for their actions, products and services.

β€œThe FAIR Act would restore justice to millions of Americans," Johnson said during the floor debate.

"We're a country of justice and fair play. When people cheat, we take pride in holding them accountable before a jury in a court of law, but forced arbitration clauses hidden in the fine print deprive victims of their day in court before a jury of their peers,” he said.

:sarcasm: But MoscowMitch will demand arbitration on the bill before he will let it go for a vote, with demands of continued arbitration for coal miners and new aluminum plant workers in Kentucky along with US Senate workers.. Even if it passed the senate Trump would have demand to be arbitrated like more money for the wall and to know all about Biden's grown son and the Ukraine deals.(Trump is just Pissed about that because he didn't get included in the action). :sarcasm:

Here's the Man Bites Dog story: of the two GOPers to vote FOR the bill, one was Matt Gaetz! (as did NJ's Chris Smith).
Only 2 Dems voted against it: Henry Cueller (tx) and Collin Peterson (mn).

Yes, since their Trump investigations have been so successful, :sarcasm: they need something to help them get reelected next year. Otherwise they're just the gun grabbers.
