Sounds like Pelosi will announce the beginning of the impeachment process on this later today. I don't know what will be worse for our country, impeachment proceedings or another year of Trump. I fear this will cause yet another irreparable rift in this country, adding to those already in existence.

President Trump said on Tuesday that he would release the transcript of his July phone call with the Ukrainian president in an effort to quell the controversy over whether he pressed for Kiev to investigate a political rival.

Mr. Trump insisted that the call was “totally appropriate” and pledged to release its full text on Wednesday.

In a brief interview with Voice of America’s Ukrainian outlet, Mr. Zelensky [Ukraine president] said he expected continued support from the United States and predicted that a meeting he is scheduled to have with Mr. Trump at the United Nations on Wednesday would “be very warm.”

“We just want the U.S. to always support Ukraine and Ukraine’s course in its fight against aggression and war,” Mr. Zelensky said at the United Nations. “It seems to me that it is so. And everything seems to lead to this.”

The WH could put anything out and say it was a transcript of the call. The whistle blower apparently wants to testify this week before the House Intel Committee, we'll have to see what comes of that. Trump isn't going to allow aides to testify, we've been through that one. Hope all of those House committees actually have something and not dead end roads. The positive is that this could drag out for a long time and if there are smoking guns, it would dominate the news. The negative is that there isn't any thing and it blows up on Democrats and yes just divides us more.
