Jeffrey Grullon, 21, and Jetlee Frias, 18, both of Lynn, were charged with possession of a machine gun, possession of a large capacity weapon or feeding device and possession of a firearm and ammunition without a permit. Grullon was also cited for motor vehicle offenses, police said.

While police were taking the two men into custody, they found a MasterPiece Arms 9 mm pistol with a 30-round magazine in the vehicle, police said.

The men were each released on $1,000 bail and are scheduled to be arraigned in Lynn District Court on Monday, police said.
