I was just going to burn the old place down and collect the insurance...isn't that what you guys do?

Nope I sell it for a profit when I move. Did that the last four moves. This is the last move. Until the retirement assisted living.

I know that was a joke, but knowing people that have gone through the insurance process due to the 2017 fires, I'd rather pack for the rest of my life!

If I was close, I'd lend you my back for a weekend. Good luck. Just did it 3 years ago. It's actually really fun if you take the time to appreciate the grin factor of "holy shit, this is our house." And you don't have a piano. That nobody plays. Really.

Nah...I got this. I have 3 months to move and I'll hire someone to do the heavy lifting. But like every 80's cop movie ever, I'm sure I'll still say "I'm too old for this shit" at least once.

We were in our last house (first) for 16 years. I don't know how we aquired so much shit. I still owe my friends.

Yeah, I'll move the boxes. Beds, tv and furniture gets moved by college kids. Should take them all of 2 hours.

Ah, the golden chains that I too wear. Mostly sweet unless you're short of bux...
