I used to be. I used to watch every Thursday and all day Saturday.

I watch PAC12 when it comes on here. Big 12 if no PAC is on. Maybe one game per Saturday is all I get.

Maybe some day it won't be the same few teams on TV every week and I will start watching again?

North Carolina Tarheels (obviously) and Northwestern Wildcats, where my son went. Hated Ohio State since Woody Hayes punched a Clemson Tiger after losing in the Orange Bowl(?)
I was in grad school at UNC when Lawrence Taylor played his junior and senior years, and when Michael Jordan played his freshman and sophomore years.

Ditching cable when I move and getting the PAC12 network via the interwebs. Very exciting.
I can't even get PAC12 Network here on the web via a cable provider. I have to watch what they show late at night, if ever. They show every (ick, yuck) SEC game on TV (and some ACC) so I just skip it.

Try FUBO or SLING.

When tried them I ended up with FUBAR and SNAFU.

They've flipped the memberships around so much who can tell anymore? Maryland and Rutgers in the Big 10 (which has, what? 14 teams now?) where they've sucked. The ACC looks entirely different than when I was at UNC...Boston College, FSU, Miami, even Notre Dame! Used to be Georgia Tech was the "new member". Big 8 is now the Big 12?

And it's all for TV revenues and recruiting. And for a principle that sports makes the academics better, when at least 2 of the very best schools in the nation have virtually nothing beyond Div 3: MIT and University of Chicago.

Nevertheless I love the traditional rivalries in the Big10 such as Purdue/Indiana. The new arrivals are cannon fodder for the traditional teams which is fine with me. In the end my daughter is getting a very good degree from Purdue which matters the most, but I love the Boilermakers sports as well.

I was just messing with you, RMorr64. B1G was always the Rose Bowl rival conference of the old PAC10.

It is all about the TV money and coaching salaries. It was probably always about the money after ESPN started up.

When we were on the Junior Year Spring Break College Tour, my son wanted to visit U-Chicago. I said, "If we're going to Chicago, you have to visit Northwestern as well!"
He fell in love with Chicago, and ended up going to NU. I like them till they ask for money--I gave 'em 4 years! Plus, paying the football coach $2.4 million means they don't need a DIME more from me!

I was Purdue fan for that OSU game (and the bowl game against Auburn). Sorry OSU fans, that was pretty magical for Purdue.
