CA PUC holding hearings on T-Mobile - Sprint merger

T-Mobile sent out a text message on the CA PUC hearings coming up. The US DOJ and FCC are also investigating the merger. This is just CA but other state utility regulators might also be holding hearings. If approved,the big four becomes the big three and less competition. Even those with Verizon, ATT or other providers may have concerns. The Communication Workers of America has come out against the merger.
