I find it odd that fear for one’s life has become justification to kill another. Since when has claiming fear as legal defense taken root in American culture? I seem to recall that fear is the indicator for courage to rise to the occasion, figure out an answer, not to wet your pants and run for your life.

Totally torn on this topic. On one hand very scary mob rule torches and pitch forks. On the other hand the guy is a major dick bag and if he changes his tone because he know the lengths to which people will go in order to enact change . . . well violence is not the best course of action but it does have a pretty good record of working.
