Yeah. Yet all the unemployed and under-employed coal miners in W. Va who voted for Trump and EXPECT him to get their jobs back! Gee, doesn't that sound JUST like the false meme that Conservatives have been putting out about lazy welfare recipients (always "those people", ie Black and Brown people) since Reagan created his fake "welfare queen"? You know it does!

And unlike the immigrants coming from South of the border who will take any job anywhere to make a buck, those coal miners won't get off THEIR sorry asses and go a thousand or 2 thousand miles to pick lettuce or mow lawns, or make the thousands of sacrifices the immigrants, legal and illegal, are willing to make every day!

The same is true for all those "rust belt" workers who lost their jobs who voted for Republicans and then Trump who then made it easy for corporations to send their jobs overseas...and all the Trumps do that. These folks actually BELIEVE Trump will protect them! Hah! He just wants to fleece them some more!

The myth of the Central and South Americans coming here just to have anchor babies and collect welfare is just that, a myth, concocted to frighten people into voting Republican.

So why are liberals arming asks our RWN troll? Because we are wising up to JUST how dangerous and violent the far right Trump's revving up can be. We've already seen it in action.

I know for a fact it is. pretty much every one of them I've worked with were lazy, incompetent, arrogant pricks running some kind of scam to get money. Not one of my family members that are rabid right wingers are NOT on welfare of some sort, taking a pension, and capable of changing their own oil.

the right are a cesspool of projection from the personal to the national level.

Any time a person tells me that it's as simple as : Poor people are stupid and lazy - Rich people are smart and ambitious, they have zero credibility with me.

62 years of Life experience, owned and operated a couple of businesses and employed dozens over the years, lived in a car (homeless before we called it that..) professional cutler, musician, and I have people in my family (and close personal friends) that are both poor and obscenely wealthy.

It just has never worked like that. If I had to generalize I'd have to say that the poorest I know work the hardest and seem bright and good people while many of the wealthiest I know are sly but not bright and generally don't do long hours and sweat much....I have never been cheated or taken advantage of by a poor person. Rarely have I not been manipulated, cheated, or pushed aside by the agenda of the filthy rich.

Just sayin. I don't like rich folks and prefer "ordinary" people and their ways.

First troll I’ve ever seen write an intro post that was honest about his opinions and reasons for posting on this forum.

His banning comes across as “hey pipe down, we don’t like your opinions”.

Let me give a bit more clarity. Since mr 556guy came on board about three years ago, the only threads he seems to want to participate in are either already hotly political or become that way after he throws some gas on the fire. In addition to almost exclusively engaging in those threads, the comments put forth are stridently anti-liberal and generally without any attempt to back up said arguments with facts from legitimate sources. This thread being the last in the line after we've taken notice on several over the years.

So again, there are plenty of places on the internet to commiserate with your RW friends about the evils of Islam, how Hillary and Obama are secret socialists, and that actual facts don't matter. Not here.

As much as I am for open argument, the persistent use of false "facts" and denial of real facts, while making zero contributions to the non-political areas of our forum, indicates someone here to disrupt and, if possible, to undo the very purpose for our rare, nearly unique organization. He was here to disrupt, not to contribute. Remember the BIG goal of so many Trumpists is to irritate and upset us "libtards" rather than engage in true and real debate and dialogue.

Even open discussion has its limits and I agree with The Management that this person clearly intentionally was here to deliberate violate that.
