GunTV will be the first live hosted cable network dedicated exclusively for firearms, industry insights and safety education. Its debut comes in the midst of intense debate over gun violence in America.

During an interview with the FOX Business Network's Varney &Co., GunTV Co-Founder Valerie Castle discussed the ordering process and said it doesn’t sell guns directly to consumers.

“You can logon to GunTV.tv when our new website launches simultaneously with our on air launch for a very fluid experience. You call our toll free number and speak to any of our customer experience representatives,” Castle told Stuart Varney. “They are going to take your order. They are going to ask you for your zip code. They are going to pull up a list of federally licensed firearms dealers that are reputable brick and mortar retailers.”

I believe their initial 6 hour broadcast time slot is 1:00 am to 7:00 am, with a plan to eventually expand to more hours on the air.

Yeah, I would probably tune in just to check it out for a few minutes, then realize 4 hours have gone by.

Say vhat? Where would I be able to tune in? Oh wait... I don't have TV hahah. It's just a shopping thing though right? Wish there were some variety shows on it as well.

One thing though, the lady in the silhouette is probably not practicing good trigger discipline. Tsk Tsk.

I don't have cable, but noticed GunTv is broadcast on free over the air HD broadcast in the Dallas area, which I receive just fine with my roof top antenna. Channel 34 -5. Watching this morning while I clean guns and do my taxes.

Actually, it's pretty good so far. The hosts seem to be very knowledgeable experienced shooters, and they point out the specific features of each firearm in detail. Strong emphasis on safety. They keep repeating the rules, plus there are periodic commercials about safety.

It's OK if she is ready to shoot at her target... a bad-guy sniper on the roof of a three story building... hip shot.... without looking...

She must be one awesome shot!

I'm watching now. They are selling a Beretta Pico for $379.

Sound and video are out of sync.
