Another shooting by an alleged "carry permit" holder, this one during a drug deal:

A few hours later, police said the shooter turned himself in.

The suspect is a 26-year-old man from Windsor, who admitted that he fired a handgun but said it was in self defense and that the victim was trying to rob him.

Police said the suspect handed over his weapon along with a shot gun he claims the other man pulled on him. Police said the shooter has a legal pistol permit for the weapon he used.

Why the living @#&$ would you mix drug dealing (buying) with concealed carry? Guess it doesn't matter now, since he'll never get his CCW back. But seriously, thanks for making the rest of us look bad, buddy.
