A few hours later, police said the shooter turned himself in.
The suspect is a 26-year-old man from Windsor, who admitted that he fired a handgun but said it was in self defense and that the victim was trying to rob him.
Police said the suspect handed over his weapon along with a shot gun he claims the other man pulled on him. Police said the shooter has a legal pistol permit for the weapon he used.
Why the living @#&$ would you mix drug dealing (buying) with concealed carry? Guess it doesn't matter now, since he'll never get his CCW back.
