:shifty: I think it is just 4 dead now, or they still do not know. :hmm:
Four people are dead, including the shooter, and at least 14 are injured after an employee opened fire at a manufacturing plant in Hesston, Kan., according to Harvey County Sheriff T. Walton.

The suspected shooter was killed inside the plant by the first officer at the scene, Walton said at a press conference late Thursday.

"Even though he took fire, he went inside of this place, and saved multiple, multiple lives," he said.

News reporting the shooter was served a restraining order just before he went on the shooting rampage with an AK47. The shooter according to the news has a long record of criminal behavior and convictions. This guy should never been able to own a gun.

The shooter was a prohibited person. The Zastava and the Glock were transferred to him illegally.

U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Friday that 28-year-old Sarah T. Hopkins is charged with one count of knowingly transferring a firearm to a convicted felon.

An affidavit says the Newton woman gave Cedric Ford two guns: a Zastava Serbia, which is an AK-47-type semi-automatic rifle, and a Glock Model 22 40-caliber handgun.

Prosecutors say Hopkins knew Ford wasn't allowed to have a firearm because he was a convicted felon.
Apparently he was unhappy about a restraining order.
