Well, not that local, but it's the one I frequent a lot because they close at midnight. It's called Target Masters.

So some knuckle-headed burglars try to break in after hours. The shop though is right next to a police station. Like the cops probably just ran there after the alarm was tripped, no need for squad cars. Glad no one was hurt and that these hooligans were apprehended.

A gun store burglary suspect surrendered peacefully inside a Milpitas gun store early Wednesday morning after a nearly four-hour police standoff, while three other suspects had previously been taken into custody.

The fourth suspect, who was not identified, was taken into custody shortly before 6 a.m., Lt. Raj Maharaj said. Originally, police said that he had been resisting police orders to come out, but Maharaj clarified that point later, saying the suspect couldn't come out at first: He was stuck behind a locked door.

What were those kids doing robbing a gun store at 1:30am on a school night, for crying out loud?!

They must not have a city curfew for kids.

They aren't the type do do the homework...I frequent that indoor range and yes the cops are maybe 150 yards away, if that far. Duh. What ever happened to casing the joint?

Tagetmasters West also has an excellent gun store, focused on handguns and a decent supply of ammo and other stuff.
