Looks as if he was either framed by the LEOs or opencarry911ed by motorists wanting to get him killed.

The guys got a death wish. Standing on the hard shoulder, after dark, on a busy highway with a sign. Cop cars in the same location, with flashing lights, get busted up by traffic all the time. He is a walking traffic distraction and an accident waiting to happen. The dark clothing is a good touch also.

He was 'peacefully open carrying'? as opposed to what...waiving his AR-15 around in attempt to taunt police?
Admittedly the cop is being a bit of a fascist...State property?
OC to 'educate people'? That's not education it's being a provocateur.

This guy gives firearms owners who are responsible and dutiful a bad name...he's not engaging in civil disobedience.

Covering their asses is right. I love that section where they're just trying to come up with something, anything that they can can cite him with. That says a lot.
