I got nuttin.

Thought it might be a Sig but the grip doesn't look quite right. Also the hammer might be cocked, which isn't common in carrying a double action pistol.

Looked like a revolver to me.

I think it's a MAS 1950 pistol or possibly an M1935

I think you hit it on the nail, I thought it might have been some obscure Manhurin revolver with a raised fixed sight but after looking at it on pause you got it. I think what I saw as a cylinder bulge is the light shining on the holster.

Handgun-man is a cop. Grey jacket man is probably one too, he says: If you do that we're going to have to come back, so stop that right now (rock throw).

The gang was using "tear gas" before they started throwing rocks. The guy "dancing in the face of the law" is holding a pepper spray canister (Bombe Lacrymogene) which is probably the tear gas they're talking about. The cops are trying to get back to their car or something, they have to take the long way around.

After that it's pretty much what you'd expect.
Cop: "Whatcha doing with that bat?" (hand on gun)
Gangy1: <tries to act hard while backing up>
Gangy2: <insults about Cop's mother and a suggestion for what he can do to his grandmother>
Unknown Gangy: <strangely specific threat about hitting them in their heads with his baseball bat if they come back>
