That theory is proven false daily. Maybe that will become apparent to Ms Schmidt.

I would prefer to see an anti violence movement demanding root cause mitigation and so on. Violence extends to all parts of life.

The very first line in the article:
So many people are killed with guns in the United States, most victims recede from memory.
The names of the victims recede from memory not because there are so many, but because their names are only important until fresh victims are made. The gun control industry prefers its meat to be freshly killed.
