Update, I have a friend who works at MSNBC that thinks the Bush campaign simply forgot to buy the domain.

According to The Hill the URL you linked to wasn't registered to anybody in particular. So somebody probably in the Trump camp picked it up.

Florida Man is not dropping out. Trump supporters bought the name because Jebs camp was to dumb to register it lol
