sounds Hungarian to me, my best friend is Hungarian and has taught me a little. But I think the biggest hint is where it says " Hungarian" on the video


His family still lives there, and if you only knew the problems they have had with migrants since they joined the EU and their EU's forcing members to have open borders for all . Especially the Romanian Gypsies ,which are hitting up every country in the EU like their own personal piggy bank. Using children to rob people all day and night, then the adults take the money home to Romania, where some have a couple mansions, car collections, etc... all due to theft of EU member citizens. The kids are even jacking other kids in the Hungarian schools so much, they had to put security guards in ever single class room . The reason the Romanians use kids, is because under EU laws the most they can do is hold the kids for a couple days, or until a guardian shows up. And these kids are ballsy too. They will cluster round ATMs and grab the money right out of customers hands as it comes out of the machine. Even pressing buttons as they try to enter withdraw amounts, with the hopes of making the amounts they are about to steel, larger.

SO yeah Hungarians are very migrant shy right now. Plus not being a very wealthy country with high unemployment, they can not really afford to feed and care for any refugees if they happen to jump out of line and decide to stay in country.

ADDED FOR CLARITY- I thought the narrator did a swell job of providing description of the event as well as his reactions. I am not cheering on stabbing but do appreciate a rant that flows with such ease.
