Not just them, most of the MIC does. They had a Frontline special a while back, where everyone from Boeing to Emerson and even small contractors were making Billions in tax payer funded spying on US citizens programs. They set up snoop shops in every day common business parks all over the country, and you wouldn't even know they were there.
This is just my opinion, yours may vary and is no less valid.

If we can make a buck we will do it. Lockheed Martin has been involved with intelligence agencies and intelligence gathering since at least the 1950s with the selection of Groom Lake and the building of the U2. It has accelerated with the space and satellite recon programs and the SR71 Blackbird. They didn't just build the hardware.

Yeah, but Skunk Works was a wonderful thing. Not like these clandestine geeks hiding in business parks spying on their own family, neighbors , fellow Americans 24/7 just wanting to find anything they can on anyone ..

But they were also doing the other style of spying. When they bought those parts of General Dynamics that included their computer systems branch and the spying continued.

And others like in Fort Worth are International Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

Forgot about those cats. Bet they're going to say something about the company's union busting contract.

I wonder if Lockheed is doing this overseas as well?
