First lock-up your gun prosecution

Over the weekend an 11 year old and 7 year old attempted to carjack a person using a (loaded of course) .22 handgun here in river city (Portland). The kids were caught and the father of the 11 year old has been busted for failing to comply with Portland's ordinance requiring the securing of firearms. The first to earn such a distinction.

I love the image they've put with the article. I've downloaded it and attached to this post before they fix it back at the newspaper. I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that if we were to go where that picture was taken there would not be a tooltip floating in front of the tree.
